The contact form asks for your first name, your email address and your message. Your last name, your business name and the topics you tick are optional. We use them only to answer you and to talk about a possible project. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a possible contract.
Your message is not stored on the website. It is sent to our inbox as an email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France). We keep it as long as we need it for our conversation and any work that follows, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Hosting
The website is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To show the site and keep it safe, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of your visit. This data can be processed outside Switzerland and the EU. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks.
Google Analytics, only if you say yes
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA) to understand how the site is used. This covers which pages are visited, where visitors come from (for example Instagram, LinkedIn or Google), the device and the approximate region. It also counts clicks on the contact buttons and on the email, Instagram and LinkedIn links, language switches, and successfully sent contact forms. Google does not store full IP addresses in Google Analytics 4. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off.
Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_YV4TKNFDWE, which last up to 2 years. We keep the analytics data for 14 months. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks.
Nothing from Google loads until you click “Yes, that’s fine”. You can change your mind at any time with at the bottom of every page.
What your browser remembers
Your browser saves your language and your cookie choice in its local storage, so you aren’t asked again. Nothing in it is sent to us. The fonts are stored on our own server, so there is no request to Google Fonts.
Links to other sites
If you follow a link to Instagram, LinkedIn or another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or to the data protection authority in your country.
